Second Life^® Welcome Island

Once you have successfully logged into Second Life^® you will find your avatar at the "Welcome Island".

Welcome Island in Second Life^®

Learn the '6 Easy Steps' provided on "Welcome Island" and use the "Sidebar Menu" for more information.

Select Tab 1 on the Sidebar to open the menu.

Select Tab 2 to access Second Life® feature information including:

a) 'Learn the Basics' and the 'Quick Start Guide'

b) World Map: You will be able to view the vast landscape of Second Life^® with the world map. The green dots on the left hand graphic represents those who are presently participating in the virtual world environment.

Or you may locate a specific place by using the world map menu.
